Visiting from out-of-state?

If you're traveling to Maui and would like to shop at a cannabis dispensary, you will need a 329 Card. If you haven't arrived yet, read below on how to receive your card before your arrival.  If you are already on Maui, please visit our cannacenter during business hours Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM to get started. 

Before your arrival

  • Gather Medical Cannabis Card & ID from Your Place of Residence

    To receive an out-of-state 329 card, you will need to upload a digital copy of your medical cannabis card from your home state. If you do not have a medical card, please call our center at 808-318-1971 to discuss how to get certified when you arrive.

  • Submit Your Application

    1. Open a free Hawai'i state account.

    2. Log in to account and select "out-of-state application"

    3. Complete application up to 60 days prior to requested start date.

    4. Upload your digital documents. Carefully review your application and click "submit".
